The image for this months Outlawz colour challenge is
I have actually just realised there are parts of the image that I did not see, but don’t think that would change what I made.
Inspired by the colours and balloons.
As usual I am not happy with the image, this is actually a scan not a photo, but still doesn’t really get the effect. The balloons are cut with my Cricut Joy Extra using a Cricut image and the letters are a set from Printable Heaven. Balloons and letters mounted on white card then silver glitter card.
